Our Process

Before any panel goes up, we inspect the sheathing and moisture barrier underneath — siding installed over an existing problem just hides it. We remove old material, repair or replace compromised sheathing, install a proper weather barrier, then fit and fasten new siding to manufacturer spec for wind and moisture resistance. Trim, flashing, and seams are finished last, since that's where most siding failures actually start.
